RAINING since before Daybreak

 So - no photos.

BUT.  Here's a fun story lol

Just to take your minds off bad presidential portraits and the way our country is going to hell in a handbasket.

Here's my early morning:

In the book I was reading, there was a description of a neighborhood bar.  It made a memory flash through my mind -  about a bar that Kathy and I went to in Glassboro.

It was an "old man bar" in the neighborhood of Yale Road.  I have NO idea what the name was -  but I know that we sat at the bar and then a "breaking news event" came on the TV.

So my AM mission -  to try and figure out WHO DIED in that newscast.  

I had a memory of Harry Truman being mentioned -  but Harry died in 1972 - so NOPE.

I searched presidents who died in time period 1977 or 1978.  NOPE

I searched for famous people who died in that time period hahaha... no good.

Finally... I thought -  I'm pretty sure Harry Truman was mentioned.  Who was Harry's VICE President?  NOPE.
I don't know WHY I MISremembered Truman's name -  but Hubert Humphrey (John's VP) died January 13, 1978! BINGO! (at least I HOPE it's a bingo)
SO -  that's how I spent my raining Monday morning hahahahahah

ALLLL day raining -  and just before sunset THE SUN CAME OUT to say Hello and Goodbye!
